A homeowner in Missouri recently caught his neighbor committing what bizarre crime on his property?

Chris Bank, of St. Peters, Missouri, discovered the crime after checking his home security cameras. He had planted around 600 sunflowers on his lawn over the past four years and came home to find them all destroyed after a neighbor took a debate about neighborhood lawn requirements into their own hands.
