Should speed limits be lower in areas near major wildlife populations?

Why It Matters

In America, cars hit between one and two million large wild animals a year. On plenty of the roads where this happens, drivers are allowed to drive at interstate-level speeds. Still, turning countless roads into low-speed zones is a pretty tall order.
